What food can we have |
At Ardmay House we have a healthy eating policy, with lots of yummy food that is good for you! Nobody goes hungry – there is always lots of food available! After breakfast you will make up your own packed lunches with a selection of fillings.
Breakfast (8am): Cereals, toast with spreads, fruit juice.
Lunch (12.30pm): Filled rolls, fruit, crisps, biscuits and juice.
Dinner (5.30pm): Soup, choice of two main courses (always one vegetarian option) and a pudding.
Supper (8.45pm): Home baking and juice
Tuck Shop: We also have a tuck shop where you can buy some sweets and chocolate to keep your energy up during the activities. Be warned, there is a limit to the number of items you can buy every day!
